Our Wedding Part One

Im back!! The wedding day was over in flash! I have to say alot of it was a blur for me. But thats why pictures are so important in life. I dont have any of the professional ones back yet, but here are a few candid shots that my Mom and aunt took. The weather was just perfect on this day! When I had woke up that morning it was grey and raining. Then it cleared and was sunny and gorgeous! Thank goodness! This is my nephew Mason. He is 4 years old and such a cutie! He was responsible for carrying the "Here comes the Bride" sign. And did such a good job :)
The Birdsong Barn where are wedding was held provides an adorable little room for the Bride and bridesmaids to get dressed in. It was great to slip away from the guest to touch up lipstick and whatnot during the ceremony.

Putting on my red lipstick :)

I had a mermaid style dress that was simple and perfect for s casual wedding. I didnt want to take it off!

My sister in law Amber did my hair and makeup. She has an airbrush machine that works wonders! I would recommend doing airbrush for your wedding day or any special occasion. It really leaves your skin looking flawless.

I will be posting more pictures of the ceremony and reception soon. Now that Im married and back from our honeymoon I should be a better blogger hehe. Until next time Muffys..... -Savanah xoxo

Outfit of the day! Actually this was an outfit I wore last week when it was chilly outside :) We take full advantage of any cold weather we get in Florida! I always love when people post different outfits they put together. You get ideas for things you wouldnt normally pair together yourself, or things you just wouldnt wear yourself.

This off white knit dress I bought a couple years ago at Walmart. Thats right I said Walmart! lol I thought it was so cute with the little pockets in the front. And I think I paid 17.99 for it. Cant beat that :)

Since It was cold enough to wear a jacket I paired this cream colored one with fur on the hoodie. I got this jacket at Buckle recently. I love that place! But I try not to go very often because it is kind of pricey. I got this on sale for 60.00. Which is a steal there.

The lipstick Im wearing is F* Bomb by Urban Decay. I like the color but I probably would not purchase it again because it bleeds pretty bad. It does keep your lips moisterized tho.

So recently I got rid of all my purses. Since I knew I was getting married and moving I didnt want to haul all 13 purses with me:) So to goodwill they went. But as a reward to myself I bought this leather Fossil bag at Marshalls! I paid 135.00 dollars for it. Ive never paid that much for a bag buuuut I did get rid of all my other ones so I figured I deserved it right? :)

The leather booties I bought from Dillards. They are very comfy and Ive been pairing them with everything! .....But now its back in the 80s and im headed to the beach a little later. Seriously I am! Stay warm my Muffins :)  XOXO

The Start Of My Journey

Hello muffins! Its Savanah here :) Im super excited to do my first post. But I will admit it took me hours to set this thing up (with the help of my mom) hehe. Blogging is hard work! This photo is of my recent engagement session because well I got engaged !!! About 8 months ago and in 2 and a half weeks I will be married ;D Seriously? It still has not really hit me. I thought this would be the perfect time to start a blog because Im starting a new life. That is my soon to be husband Kevin. Im 20 years old and am a licensed beautician. I will admit hair is not my greatest passion in life (at least other peoples) I love doing my own hehe. Some things I am passionate about are fashion, jewlery,FOOD,decor, family, and my soon to be husband! I dont think their is a style I dont like, Im always picking random stuff. My grandma once told me if you like it, get it , and somehow it will all come together. And I hope thats true! So follow me on the journey of my new marriage, discovering new passions, new home, and simple day to day life. We never quite know whats waiting for us around the corner.....
